PROJECT PROCESS

Home Design Rx charges  flat rate fees per project package, as determined by your project's specific needs.

CLASSIC RX
In each package the client receives:
1) A one hour initial consultation with Keriann at his/her home,
2) A design presentation, developed by Felicitas, which always includes:

• a plan in sketch form,
  
• suggestions for “wish list items” such as paint colors, furnishings, materials, window treatments, sources etc. 
• and depending on your needs: a budget spreadsheet, sketches of custom items, and the incorporation of existing items you already own.

3) A one hour follow up meeting with Keriann to go over the presentation, and answer questions.
4) Travel expenses within New York City.
Package rates start at $1,200.00



ONLINE RX
This package consists of the same design help as the CLASSIC RX package. 
For your convenience in leu of a home visit simply submit your wish list and room descriptions online.
Package rates start at $750.00
